    A journey through the future of the interaction of technology and food science. As technology progresses the benefits and challenges of our food supply will go through changes as well. We'll have more information about what we eat and drink, doctors will be able to access aggregate data on the fly, but hurdles will need to be overcome and the ways our food data is processed will also need to change.
