This position is for a Full-Time Digital Marketing Coordinator position. This should be considered an intermediate to advanced level position for someone who loves helping small businesses build, grow, and thrive. You will work with our small business and mid-sized business clients to plan, develop, and implement content across their website and social media platforms. This role helps manage our network of content creators by ensuring they complete high-quality work on-time, organizes the work flow, and ensures the content is published without errors.

- Great English-language writing and editing skills
- Ability to use WordPress to edit, schedule, and publish content
- Ability to use various social media scheduling tools
- Experience with various social media platform tools (i.e. Facebook Creator Studio, Google Business Profile Posts, Twitter Promote, etc.)
- Understanding of social media algorithms
- Ability to plan out a content calendar
- Ability to source and obtain content from creators
- Ability to research new topics
- Keyword Research experience
- Experience gaining high levels of engagement on social media posts
- Strong communication skills
- Experience using online project management tools (i.e. Monday.com, Basecamp, etc.)
- Self-starter capable of determining content that should be created, getting sign off, and executing with limited or no managerial oversight

Location Requirements
This is a Dallas-area preferred Remote position. While this digital marketing coordinator position is remote and open to any applicants in the USA or Canda, we may give preference to applicants near our Dallas based office for future in-person meetings.
